Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Visit to Ephesus Travel, cancellations must be submitted in writing and must be signed by the participant who made the reservation. In the event of cancellation, the following terms and conditions will apply. Please note that cancellation fees are considered liquidated damages and are not a penalty.
General Cancellation Conditions for Package Tours
- If your cancellation is submitted within 14 days of the departure date, the following charges will apply:

Important: All domestic and international flight tickets are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. For this reason, flight tickets will be purchased within 14 days of your initial booking date, and a copy of the ticket(s) will be shared with you accordingly.
Cancellation Policy for Shore Excursions and Day Tours
- Shore excursions and day tours (that do not include flights) can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival without any cancellation fee, except for hot air balloon rides and airplane tickets, which are non-refundable once booked.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival will be charged 100% of the total tour cost and treated as a "No Show."
